This UX task revolves around the "Transaction History" tab within the Customer 360 view.

This tab contains both a list view (parts and equipment) and a graphical view (parts, equipment, and services).

The graphical view is intended to show a timeline of customer transactions and service interactions.

Problem

Inconsistency: The list view shows a subset of the information displayed in the graphical view.

Graphical View Usability:

Confusing color representation.

Displays only a subset of the data (initially).

Filtering may not work or is not intuitive.

Overall poor user experience.

Not a clear timeline view as intended.

Lack of User Adoption: The graphical view is not widely used, possibly due to its flaws and being "hidden."

Tab Functionality: The entire "Transaction History" tab may need to be rethought to optimize user experience and better understand user needs.

Error Handling: Generic error messages (like "network error") are displayed, and a more refined approach to error handling and messaging is needed.
